The area is a fantastic location and just a couple of blocks (0.3 miles) to Redondo Beach Pier and the ocean, with a walk score of 92, getting around is easy. Redondo Beach is known for beautiful beaches, a lively downtown area, and close proximity to Los Angeles and the South Bay. The city is located right on the coast, so you can enjoy stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and has a vibrant downtown area, which is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. Redondo Beach also is host to many events and festivals that take place in the downtown area, throughout the year. Other popular outdoor activities in the area include beach volleyball, hiking, biking, fishing, sailing, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding and snorkeling.
